Leadership Development Intensive
Six months of practical change management training that prepares you for real leadership challenges. We focus on the messy, unpredictable parts of leading teams through transitions that most programs skip.
Start Your JourneyWhat Makes This Different
Most leadership programs teach theory. We throw you into real scenarios where things go sideways. Because that's where actual leadership happens - when the plan falls apart and everyone's looking at you.
Our approach came from watching too many smart people struggle with change initiatives. They had all the frameworks but couldn't handle the human side when resistance showed up unexpectedly.
- Cohort-based learning with diverse professional backgrounds
- Monthly case studies from actual organizational changes
- Peer coaching sessions that get uncomfortable in productive ways
- Access to our alumni network across Canadian industries
How Six Months Changes Everything
Foundation Building
We start with self-assessment tools that reveal blind spots you didn't know you had. Then dive into communication patterns that either build or destroy trust during uncertainty. No fluff - just the frameworks that actually work when stakes are high.
Resistance Navigation
This is where most change efforts fail. You'll learn to read the room, identify the real objections behind surface complaints, and develop strategies for the people who seem impossible to reach. We use real examples from organizations that got it wrong first.
Integration & Practice
You'll facilitate actual change scenarios with your cohort, getting immediate feedback on what works. By graduation, you'll have a toolkit tested under pressure and the confidence that comes from seeing it work.
Learn From People Who've Been There

Marcus Henley
Program Director
Twenty years in organizational change, including three turnarounds that everyone said were impossible. He'll tell you the stories they don't put in business school case studies.

Elena Craft
Change Psychology Expert
Former clinical psychologist who moved into organizational development because she got tired of treating stress that workplaces created. Knows why people really resist change and what actually works.

David Kornfield
Strategic Implementation
Built and scaled teams at three different startups, then helped established companies think like startups without losing their minds. Specializes in making change feel less scary.
Our next cohort starts October 2025. Applications open in August, and we typically fill up within three weeks. Not because we limit enrollment artificially, but because word spreads fast when something actually works.
